Thank you for considering the educational consulting services of Frances Turner Ltd.  During my 35 years as a teacher and administrator, I have observed many children who have been under-achieving and and losing their self-confidence or lacking the intellectual challenge essential to the moy of learning.  Such unhappy school situations are tragic and can be avoided.

It is for this reason that I am offering consulting services built around the philosophy that the student be thoroughly involved and the primary focus of the school selection process.
